ReMAP II / Worth Keeping
Rob has been working with the World Evangelical Alliance on issues of Retention and Attrition of Mission Personnel for 5 years now. This culminated recently in the publication of a book in the WEA Mission Commission series "Globalization of Mission" - it is called "Worth Keeping: Global Perspective on Best Practice in Missionary Retention". This ground breaking book follows on from the widely read book "Too Valuable to Lose: Causes and Cures of Missionary Attrition" edited by William D Taylor.
