Our aim is to prepare God’s people for mission and prepare mission for God’s people. Primarily we achieve the first - preparing indivdiuals for mission through our work at Redcliffe Centre for Mission Training in Gloucester, UK. We achieve the second - preparing mission organisations to effectively use the people they are given through Generating Change. Our work in Generating Change is focused on researching and innovating in mission.
